It depends on the quality. I used those average laminates about 4 plus bucks per sqft. But not very durable.. cannot touch water...I changing mine to resilient flooring. You should check this guys out. http://www.facebook.com/GalaxyFlooring.SG

Hi has anyone encounter issues when using laminates? I'm contemplating between tiles and laminates for my rooms. Issues is due to budget contrain. Seek your advice

YoZzz... have my laminate done in my master nearly 1year ago... n just finish my 2other comm room weeks ago with a small platform in my living with the same flooring guy.

price is good, product so far still look new to me

I am doing my laminate flooring with Supreme Flooring for 3 bedrooms n a portion if living rm. They provide lifetime warranty for color fading n pop out tiles due to expansion n contraction. Laminate floor is water resistant. If u want waterproof, can go for High Efficiency Resilient Flooring which Evorich provides. U can find them in facebook
