amyth 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2012 hahaha...their marketing people sucks. they are so unwilling to give, thn dun give!! lol$52 to service 1unit is a mark up. simply too high. they dun hv the common sense to delight customer with the service. jus to share i am in aircon trade as well. when i do promotions, i offer 3units general service @ $70 nett. no other hidden charges. i hope my guys service will impress my customers and i can establish a long term client and get references. my normal charges for 3units is $90. as got vouchers i give out $20 vocuhers with min spending $90.00. my own terms are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used with other offers. thats all. is real an EAR OPENER to see such marketing exist in 2012. After 9 months, the LG aircon started to "auto clean" and cannot power on.During the day it will turn ON by itself. I called ALL BEST and the technician told me that the indoor might need to bereplaced so need to call LG for replacement.The experience that I don't like here with "ALL BEST Air Conditioning and Electric Services Pte Ltd" is they will give you15 vouchers with $10 each, but the CATCH is you can ONLY use 1 voucher for each fan coil of aircon. So if they charged you$52, you can only use 1 voucher, and you need to pay $42. Another CATCH is, these vouchers will expire within 24 months of purchase.I do not agree with this kind policy since it is misleading to consumers.
