Hey everyone,

I'm new to this forum - learnt a lot from all the posts.

I just signed up with an ID today, and thought I'll share what was quoted to me.

Hope this is useful for anyone else who is looking for an ID/contractor (and who has an apartment which is about the same size).

My home is 920 square feet, with a planter (50 square feet) and bay windows (x2). It's a 2-bedder with 2 toilets.

I spoke with about 15 people before signing up with this ID. I may drop some of the works though.

Hope I didn't overpay!

Total works - S$17k (including GST)

1. Study table (9ft) - I'm converting bay window to table

4. Dresser + mirror all the way up to the ceiling
