MiKEE 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2012 Recently purchased tv console, coffee table, dinning table/4 chairs, bed/mattress, bean bag from Cellini. Tv console & coffe table were replaced due to lamination issue. However the replaced set was in worst condition!! Small chips at lamination of coffee table & the bottom panel for the tv console is unfinished!! It's raw as compared with the coffee table & table (flow series).I remembered the sales guy (who is very hard to get in contact with, after I paid) from Funiture Mall branch told me that their QC is very strict. I seriously doubt so now. By the way, 1 of the dinning table chair is not well balanced and shakey.I'm unhappy with their products, after all I paid good $ for them. Did not want to do a second replacement because it is troublesome. I will just live with the defects and reason why I post it here is to voice my unhappiness and warning to others who are considering buying from Cellini.
