Anyway, I've been to 3 more IDs/contractors to chat about renovation, that makes a total of 9! Whew! very tiring!

And had 2nd visits to the previous 3 IDs i've spoken to.

Am hopeful to get a lower quote as the last 2 people I've spoken to are contractors..and the quality of their work really top notch!

Finally went for the first appointment this morning, am glad the process was quick and efficient! Officially getting house keys first week of November! Yipee!

Worked my way down to 1ID and 2 contractors, now just waiting for their finalised quotations and to compare them side by side. Love all 3's workmanship...so hard to make a decision..;(

Last time i nearly bot Potong pasir 2nd floor i think block 104.

when i bring down the cheque the agent told me that they want to redo the valuation again,and it went higher.I am reluctant to pay higher for it,and called it off.

Now i bot my flat at farrer park.

You may want to consider my contractor if u already have an idea what is your concept like.
