As mentioned by some other posts, there are some difficulties in this 4rm layout design, like how to TV in the living room and wardrobe in the MBR... Also some existing facility is quite Ja La, such as the door to service yard OPEN inwards and block the fridge, sigh!

We finally decide to put 7ft wardrobe along the wall, not the window side.

Queensize bed on the opposite side, which is the shorter wall.

Small MBR, no choice.

You can check forum for some other designs, like put wardrobe in the middle as a divider. :-)

It was too busy in both working and house renovation for the last two months...
