FatFatFamily 0 Report post Posted January 8, 2013 One thing I have learnt, do not use LED strips lightings!!Halfway , and lights starts to flicker!! Freaked me out man!In the end I was told the transformer is very fragile & easily spoilt.I have changed all to LED T5, very good so far! hehe..My major overhaul costs me 70K which includes everything, even aircons, heaters, all sanitary wares etc..What's not included are just furnitures.Stairs glass I would suggest using lamiglass instead of tempered.Safer. Been through lots of ID's ( some even did not come back to me )Here is what i will be doing to my place1. Hack lvl 1 flooring2. Hack whole kitchen and flooring3. Hack 3 toliets4. Hack bedrooms cabinets and cupboards5. Hack kitchen wall and rebuilt half height with glass ( open concept is good to see, not pratical to use )1. Relay lvl 1 flooring with homo tiles2. Rebuilt Kitchen ( top and bottom )with glass backsplash.3. Rebuilt toliet with homo tiles4. Rebuilt 3 toliets5. Build a wall partition at existing dining area and place top hung glass door6. L - Box for all bedrooms rooms with 1 side cove lights7. False ceiling for new dining, passage way and living ( living with cove lighting )8.
