Plastering + wall painting3. Remove existing floor tiles and to re-lay new homo tiles4. Remove existing wall tiles and new wall tiles up to ceiling5. Re-lay new wirings + power points6. Kitchen cabinets.7. Sanitary fixtures 8. Electrical fixtures and fittings 9. Masterbedroom wardrobeI have about S$50k budget. Speed45 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2012 For 50k budget, an id will consider it a tight budget if u have above average expectations... a contractor should be able to do it at a ok range for the same expectation considering the mark down.When it comes to renovation budget it is a limitless amount depending on your requirement n expectation...
