Minerat - By the time we finish our reno, it will be high ceiling no more liao...

As we are gg to extend the 2nd floor to build a balcony out all the way.

The 2nd hall will be my ah lao's Mahjong area.

Although it's a pity to do away with the high ceiling, the mahjong area is incredibly important. No prizes for guessing what I do during weekends...

By the way, do a check on the ceiling. The absolute pain is doing the ceiling when you're living in it.

LOL... ya, the mahjong area is very important!

We are doing the reno works before we moved in or at least we try to finish the wet works and as much carpentry works as we can possibly squeeze in before we move in.

ya... cos need to be able to pass the BCA inspection... also, I am knocking down the frontage wall... all the little little things adds up...

I just hope that when the reno eventually starts, there will not be too many adds on.
