Ceramic Or Marble Flooring

hey all, what will you choose if you are given the following flooring options:

1) Ceramic - 800x800

2) Beige marble - 600x300

Choice is based on:

1) Aesthetic

2) Ease of maintenance

3) Overall value if abode is up for resale

I will pick the marble flooring. However it will be a better choice to select a 600x600

(square)size compare to rectangular size.

thanks for the advice. I'm not given a choice on the size, as this is an option provided by the developer on the type of flooring. Last checked is that the ceramic is actually porcelain.

I like the homogeneous tiles that has marble design... nice lei...

Marble is better, my tiler told me not to use ceramic on flooring as they are more suitable for wall tiles.
