Its 650up for 1 pax..but if u have tenant heavy usage then make sure using inverter.no way to control usage if u agreed before hand.

I think I have under-charged my tenant ($550/mth) of 4 yrs.

I know of one common room without air-con at Hougang Ave 6,

just opposite Hougang MRT, I think about S$450.00 but room

a bit small, maybe good for single person. But not sure,

if owner still interested to rent out or not.

Not only spoil the market but landlord is killing himself..hahaha..at today's electric charges + increasing rental rate and other related fees he have to pay.
