Hi all, getting my key for my house in 2weeks time for renovating.

Can help me check the price is it ok so I can sign with the ID? My friend told me to price check here .

Foyer, Living hall , passageway and 3 bedrooms

Supply and lay 60 x 60 cm designer floor tiles for Foyer , Living hall , passageway and ($4800)

3 bedrooms c/w skirting

( Tiles @ $3 per sqf range )

3. Professional engineer (Fee) ($200)

Construct Works

1. To construct shower kerbing at Master toilet c/w tiles. ($150)

2. To construct cabinet base c/w tiling & cement screed at Kitchen (both Side) . ($320) 

Tempered Glass Works

1. To supply & install Sliding Clear Tempered glass at Master bathroom 10mm. ($580)

2. To supply & install 2 fixed (clear) Tempered glass at Kitchen entrance. (10mm). ($780)

3. To supply & install 1 sliding (clear) Tempered glass at Ktchen entrance. (10mm). ($420)

Ceiling Works

1. To supply & construct design L-Box light holder cw false ceiling Living & Dining Hall. ($1000)

2. To supply & construct false ceiling at passage way. ($300)

3. To supply & construct design L-Box light holder c/w false ceiling at Master bedroom. ($580) 

4. To supply & construct L-Box for curtain Master room window. ($150)

5. To supply & construct L-Box for bedroom 2 ($350)

6. To supply & construct L-Box for bedroom 3 ($350)

Carpentry Works - Kitchen

1. To supply & fabricate 10ft Bottom Kitchen cabinet selected laminated finish

& ABS door trimming c/w ANTI-Slam door c/w internal colour PVC. ($1250)

2. To supply & fabricate 10ft Top Kitchen cabinet selected laminated finish

& ABS door trimming c/w ANTI-Slam door c/w internal colour PVC. ($1250)

Master bedroom

1. To supply & fabricate full height 8ft alum sliding c/w glass or w/o glass door

wardrobe selected laminate finish ABS trimming internal colour PVC . ($2080)

2. To supply & fabricate 5ft feature wall c/w TV console ($1250)

selected laminate finish ABS door trimming.

4. To supply & fabricate 2.5ft Vanity internal colour PVC at MBR ( $450 )

Living & Dining Hall

Solid Surface Works

1. Supply and install 10ft granite top (Black Galaxy ) ($1350)

2. Supply and install 2.5ft solid surface at MBR ($200)

Painting Works 

1. To paint whole house wall & ceiling w/ ICI or NIPPON original. ($1450)

Kitchen & 2 toilet ceiling.

Metal door frame

Whole house painting - Max 5 colour.

Plumbling work

Supply and install new in/out-let pipe for kitchen sink ($150)

Supply and install new in/out-let pipe for washing machine ($150)

Supply labour to install 1nos new wash basin and taps ($100)

Supply labour to install 2nos instant heater / 1nos of Tank heater ($150)

Supply labour to install 2 set of acessory ($160)

additional of hot point will be charge ($100 per Point )

Others

Acid wash for whole unit ($250)

Payment Terms and Conditions

1 10% Down payment is payable upon confirmation of Contract Order.

2 40% of payment should be paid upon commencing of works.

3 40% Progressive payment upon measurement of carpentry works.

4 10% Balance payment upon completion of major renovation works.

5 No cancellation when Contract/Tax Invoice is sign or 20% compensation will be charged

according to contract value.

6 All payment must be made payable to "Company"

7 An official receipt must be obtain when payment is made.

8 No payment will be considered valid except our Company's official receipt.

9 We reserves the right to stop work if progressive payment is not received.

10 Warranty period 01 year after completion.

11 Alteration or additional of items not listed in the above mentioned will be charge accordingly.

attitude 8/10 workmanship to me not bad aftersales service i guess is not a problem intro by my fishing kakis workers seem to like him with respects what more i can say see -.- it either i get a good one or i will regret and reno in 3 - 5 yrs time lo
