U got recess area. That's nice! I also getting Wee Kuang to quote my house. How's the workmanship? Ur 37k Reno include electrical n air con?

Workmanship looks ok to me. I would say consider good compared with my previous house carpentries and tiling . $37k includes rewiring of whole house but does not include air con. Wee Kuang suggested to find direct air con contractors to save money . During air con installation, he was here to make sure trunkings and systems are installed correctly.
