The period of subletting to each subtenant per application must not be less than 6 months. please refer to your black and white..Did the officer email you that she confirmed can rent out ? or maybe you got the information a few yrs back when everything is more "relax" aniway.. not only hdb cannot rent out for less than 6 mths.
