To cut the story short, cant wait to collect the keys on 11 Sept 2012 and die die must start my renovations on 12/09/2012. Which area in Sengkang are you in ? I am Rivervale Street !@ May_dream1 : Yup, guess the EA layout after year 2000 all look the same leh. Been viewed Hougang EA built 10 yrs ago, also the same layout as mine. The difference is the size, the earlier batch like mine has a bigger floor area - 142sqm !
