Flooring Option Over Marble

Hello RT Forumers, I'm hoping to get your suggestions here and help me make a decision.

My current flooring is made of Marble for a 5I HDB resale flat. Though the color scheme is not really what we liked, it has a shade of brown and irregularly patterned which made it look old or dirty. See actual picture below.

I am trying to determine the costs/expenses for the following Options:

I have attached the floor plan too to help in the size/area for cost computation.

Option 1:

- Hack the marble flooring for living (including leveled up balcony), dining, bedroom hallway and replace with Homogeneous tiles.

- Overlay laminate for the 3 bedrooms

- What is the estimated cost?

Option 2:

- No hacking and just overlay laminate flooring for the entire house (excluding kitchen)

- What is the estimated cost?

Option 3:

- The marble pattern is "normal". Keep it and just buff, shine, clean it.

- Whats the cost for cleaning?
