Anyone that engaged HYLA architects, please beware of the architect Han and Tiffany. They had made our company worked on their project in Bowmont Garden, took our detail design drawing, confirmed the contract with owner and ask the owner not to pay us the confirmation deposit that was agreed. They lied to us for 2 months that the progress payment not ready. Later we found out that the Main contractor from Bison Construction P/L took our contract to submit progress payment and kept the funding to themselves. Tiffany also lied to us that the deposit will be issued in August 12 but terminate us from the project because they refused to pay us when we required deposit stated and agreed in our contract. Please do not let them make use of you, even a signed contract from HYLA project means nothing.

What is your role in this project?

Why not just file the complaint to the Board of Architects if it is legitimate?

Unlike for IDs or even contractors, registered architects are governed by a code of conduct. Same for professionals like doctors, lawyers etc.
