*Laundry Area*

In my current EM, there is no hanging system at all.

We make sure washing will only be done on a sunny day.

If on rainy season, we will utilize the dryer.

So I am planning to have the laundry area positioned at the outdoor shelter area with the washer & dryer placed on a raised cement platform with doors so that I can hide them when not using them.

Hanging system will probably be hidden area when not in use too

*The Bedrooms*

The left side of the house will most likely be separated from the common wall to form an air well space for all the bedrooms.

Aiming to squeeze in 4 to 5 bedrooms + 1 helper's room

- MBR

- 2 x Parents' Room - Parents & In-laws

- Boys' Room (they will be sharing a room for the time being)

- Guest Room (Most likely a loft)

FINALLY, we have collected our keys last Friday - 2 Nov! HOORAY!!!

We have also received & confirmed the quotation for the topographical survey last Friday - S$1180 (No GST)

Glad that they are carrying out the survey TODAY!!!!

I will need to rush my homework for the architect & ID to get things moving Yeah!!!

I agree with you - when we brought our families to view our new house, they love it too! A very quiet estate too

Currently, there are a couple of houses that are under renovation there. Though left 39 years lease, the place is indeed a hidden gem

I am not too sure if a topographical survey is applicable for reconstruction only

The Architect needs the TOPO survey to see and study the shape, the size, the landform of the site before we can progress into the design stage.
