Condo Electrical Work Cost

For the electrical work for condo, anyone know if really cost that much? Or ID has put up the price?

Install new Lighting Pt = $55

Double Point Hack&Conseal = $90x8

Single Point Hack&Conseal = $85x5

1 nos of 2 way switches= $80x1

install 18 lighting fitting= $216

labor to change switches/socket casing for 25nos= $250

For condo it's more expensive because you need to hack and conceal the points therefore it costs more. HDB you can see the electrical trunkings that is why it is cheaper. Light fittings at $12 per fixture looks okays same for the switches/socket casing at $10 per item.
