marcel 22 Report post Posted November 24, 2012 Go direct. http://www.jackson.com.sg/index.php/Golden BrownThe floor is done. Love the golden brown colour... I wish I have chosen white laminates instead... Maybe change the laminates a few years down the road when the boys are bigger? Now comes the problem... Full height windows in the living room. I want to use white blinds for this but was quoted almost $1.5k for the blinds alone... Is this the normal rate for about 5.5m of these blinds? Or anyone has other suggestions for the windows? Thank you!

bigbull 0 Report post Posted November 25, 2012 I find the clock so familiar that I stepped out into my parent's living room and realised that it is the same! Been looking at it over over 30 years and didn't really appreciate it. After a careful look, its so nice !! Its running on electricity so when there is a power trip, the clock will stop. But I guess the probability of batteries going flat will be much higher. Great house!

DancingInTheRain 0 Report post Posted November 26, 2012 (edited) Selling off LEDs C4 pendant lightsHi guys, Sigh... The Hubby and I feel the LEDs C4 (La Creu range) pendant lights are a little da-match for our living/ dining room. These lights are from Spain and feels much more solid! Almost brand new coz we haven't even moved in yet... There is also no provision for power beside our bed so can't mount them up by the bed side. Bought at about $200 each from Chan Huat.Selling them off now at $150 each (3 pieces available). Any other offers will be considered. ÜÜÜ Some inspiration from the LEDs C4 website... Good for open kitchen counter area... Edited November 27, 2012 by DancingInTheRain

I got it from David (FB search for David Wee or Wee's Collection) at $280. My brother says it's a little expensive though but full numbered Diamond clocks are rare these days... David has a new piece; a mini version at 7 inches diameter (the usual ones are 12 inches) for sale now... very cute! And this one... my super favorite but not for sale... I think prices for vintage stuff really depends on the condition... Those new old stocks are so expensive!!!I have another Diamond Clock which my brother gave me 4-5 years back... Love the red colour but the metal rims is not in such good condition... need to find some time to get it refurbished.
