Our Visitor toilet at level one. Very small so we won't be putting a shower screen but using a shower curtain to create more space for the WC. for the benefit of Plus size visitors. Suyun 0 Report post Posted September 10, 2012 my walk-in waldrobe is gone and i am surprise to see that beautiful space. better ask Jaskel to design a waldrobe that will allow the light to shine through. i dont want to box it up for another decade.See the vanity basin and cabinet area after hacking. The amount of fungal, mould and yacky stuff that grows inside, below and behind the cabinet. None of that for me. My new toilets will have wall mount poceline vanity top to keep it simple and clean. Suyun 0 Report post Posted September 10, 2012 SWING GATE OR SLIDING GATE After much consideration and budget constraint. we decided to keep the present swing gate and change the swing gate system. To share with fellow forummers who are looking into this, i done some homework on my part.Quotation from well know gate company and similar competitor for Malaysian Made Motors such as RANGER is prized about $1800 even $1950 with sensor, italian brand FAAC swing arm cost $2500 to 3000, FAAC slide motor cost 2180 with sensorbut if you get from the distributors directly it will cost you from $1000 t0 1300. Brands from Ranger, DORMA, GOOD1 with warranty of up to 18months and one to one exchangethat is a savings of at least $500 with no gst as well.Hope i can find more good deals to save money $$$
Minerat 1 Report post Posted September 10, 2012 After hacking make sure to check the concealed pippings and get your contractor to change those they damaged. This is sure to happen with hacking.

Suyun 0 Report post Posted September 10, 2012 just curious, why do you need to change the system? any problem with existing system? My Current system not working well. right arm motor is weak, lock does not work anymore, even the remote control also dying on me. I could not find the OVA brand so since i am hacking the yard so change it at the same time. New gate is very costly especially sliding ones. better to watch what i spend on. Minerat 1 Report post Posted September 10, 2012 OKIE will check. but i am doing new concealed pippings for all the toilets because some have leaking problems....Your water pipes could run everywhere, not just the toilets. Some run along the ceilings, some like mine run along the floor.
