After a long "discussion" between my partner, she wins. We will fix a ceiling fan in our living room. Our living room is quite small and the fan need to fit into the actual ceiling which is not covered by the L box

We need to make another adjustment. Instead of 4 big panel, we need to add 1 tall cabinet. Because the depth of the wall is not enough. Haiz . Luckily it still quite out ok .

Another problem is the TV console in the MBR. My bed frame is a bit fatter. So after adding the bedframe, the bed will be 2.1 m . After deducting the TV console, there is only 32cm to walk .

Either I change to a thin bed frame . So the bed will be 1.90 to 2 m .
