Batman 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2012 Personally, to me it is more for esthetics. Mine barely turned on for the last 3years. Main reasons r:- difficult to clean.- the "sucked smoke" had to go somewhere n the only way is up, which means getting ur top kitchen cabinets oily!Unless u have a maid to do daily area cleaning, I wouldn't encourage.Hope this help bro.. I have gotten a set of local brand "HOBZ" classy black glass hood n hob at $788, hob with 3 burners (1 of the burner is inner flame) and safety valve called a flame failure device. Is it a good buy?
