Hi crypaz

I m also from the same neighborhood. Would like to check how you do up your balcony . I intend to lay timber strip but the cost is quite high.

Btw I also installing the same range of supreme flooring but not yet confirm which colour to choose. I like the finishing because of the groove which make it looks like natural timber flooring.

Hi, I done tiles for my balcony. You can refer to earlier pictures.

Now I'm thinking if I should have done timber strip since my whole house flooring is wooden

Initially didn't have this idea cause thought the balcony is too small wouldn't look nice with the timber strip

Have you check out the cost for timber strip? Our balcony is very small.

You plan to do laminate flooring for the whole house including the living room?

I was quoted above$1k just for that small little balcony. I still seraching for cheaper offer otherwise will go for tiling instead.

Yes,my whole house will be in laminate except Mbr I am considering carpet since there is not much difference in price.

Welcome to punggol, just wondering whether you had used homo tiles for your balcony, it can be slippery during rainy day.

my balcony i use homogeneous tiles it's about $450 for tiles and workmanship to lay the tiles.

Unless you want to use the outdoor floor decking from Ikea?

Carpet for MBR? You mean just carpet on top of the cement screed?

Opps...to clarify I got those tiles that's a bit rough surface so maybe it's ceremic instead of homogeneous...hopefully wouldn't be that slippery...but still...thanks for highlighting...by the way, which part of punggol u from?

If ceramic, the 4 line corners are rounded downward, homogenous line corners are 90 degree angled. Homogenous can be rough too, for outdoor purposes, just be safe cheers! I'm from Sapphire :)

Okay then mine should be homogeneous tiles base on your description as it's 90 degree angled. Thought for outdoor it's better to choose a rough surface .
