wah! the buying never seems to end.

headed down to ikea to get some stuff. decided to be abit adventurous & got a storage cabinet & converted it into a cat litter box hideaway.

fresh from the box

the assembled product, using a method i got from a blog.

i'm happy my cat is happy with it.

i'm still lacking a nice display cabinet for my dolls:

and i just bought a rattan chair which was supposed to be for myself. really loved the design. very old school.

There's a tall glass display cabinet at Ikea..which you can consider to put yr dolls...

think it's less than $100...including delivery and installation?? can't remember as I bought it years ago...

but recently I still saw this cabinet at Ikea...

heh those ang mohs are the clever ones, not me. i got the idea from a blogsite. my cat's litter box was rather unsightly & she was kicking her pellets all over. so i googled for ideas. actually there's a website dedicated to ikea furniture where many contribute ideas to revamp the furniture - it's called ikea hack.

i saw a very pretty glass cabinet at ikea (summersan bought it too) but it was out of stock guess my dolls have to wait. now i'm left with a mini coffeetable & my house is done! yay!

Hi retch, I know which ikea glass cabinets you are talking about. They have it in green, grey and 1 other color (can't remember) and all sooo nice!

I love some of the old chairs. I am hoping my sis in law throws away the old 1970's 3 seater sofa chair ...I would grab it and put in my study room with some modifications. ;P

Can I know hoe much is the Samsung door lock? And comparing with online, how much is it as like u, I prefer hassle free...

i bought it for $699, includes installation. the main door itself is secured with this door lock alone.

as for the gate lock, it's really up to you. i didn't put in a padlock for my gate though.

Thanks for yr reply. Will consider doing one soon. I got a quote Samsung 6020 with installation is $599. Maybe I go with that plus a peep hole camera
