Not sure if it's realistic since it's our first reno experience, but we decided to salvage the marble flooring at the 1st floor so that should save us a fair bit65k consider quite a good budget if furnishing, air con, rewiring are excluded.All the best, 3 ids not enough lah... ID from S.. Just sharing, sometimes when we see quotation, just ignore those ID/contractors who round up the figure..I ever got 1 where last figure is always zero...eg. 1 item cost $32, u think he will quote $30 or $40?
