Tiling works were completed when I visited the unit on 1 Dec. Feels rather slow on my end.

Hey there, I'm also taking keys soon in March and also had the exactly same floor area as you and including the bought access area. Looking forward to see pictures of your renovations.

Same here, mine is also 27years and super need to be hack down, and the pity it is a prefab cause I was thinking to conceal some of the wiring.

Clarviboi, we have the same floor plan too! The MBR & BR 2 are of the same size! We are renovating after CNY, looking forward to it!
