Hi,

May I know what is the standard costs to laying hollow block and also for doing wall plastering?

Can I engage a separate contractor than my own to do just the hollow block/plastering? My current quote for hollow block is rather expensive.

Anyone knows of any contractors that do this job for much cheaper rate?

Engage a separate contractor to do hollow block may not be cheaper as you may run into problem later. Why not you ask for the hollow block to be cheaper?

Would you like to show us the quotation of the hollow block is use for what purpose?

This is what quoted to me.

To supply & do smooth plastering at kitchen wall. 550.00

Erection of hollow block wall approx 12.5ft at Kitchen Area c/w smooth plastering 3,120.00

Erection of hollow block wall approx 3ft at Bath 2 c/w smooth plastering 750.00
