i been living hougang for more than 30 year .. u asking the right people what u wana know? d location? d people? if i wana pick i will take 632 causes resale value there is higher dont ask me y causes what im telling u sure accurate.. if u have kid enrolment for pri 1 im sure u pick d right location ... rather than 677 go check it out d surrounding u know what i mean. like how far going to hougang mall? serangoon nex shopping mall how many bus going that route.. oing town area or west area if u working there.. any transport? school?? yes there is a gep school within 1km

@onions2hot : i've been staying at hougang since 1999 as well in hougang ave 3. i just exercised my OTP yesterday for 677. as of now i'm still single staying with my mum. Kinda hard to decide which to pick that time. why i opt for 677 is because its closer to 681 due to the amneties nearby. downfall is the place kinda quiet. as for 632 i love the surrounding bcos its much more open compared to 677 cos its facing another blk opposite. Hopefully i pick up the right place as this is my first time buying house. 5 years is indeed a long way to go.
