Any luck getting a lower quote?I met up with Nic from RenoGuyz yesterday. His quote is slightly more affordable compared to the rest. The downside is that he told me his company is new and therefore it is under the list of HDB approved renovators. His name is mentioned by some of the tblogers here but all of them are not active users. Most of them have very low post counts. The risk is there, so im still considering...
