I've bought several brands before.

Philips, Osram and Megaman - all okay ..

Powerpac - this one's weird, it works on certain appliances only, the E14 ones. I tried it at the shop and it works, but doesn't work on my IKEA lamps. Philips work on my IKEA lamps.

Usually I'll go 637 Veerasamy Road to buy, there're many shops and price wise definitely cheaper then Rochor.. I got my osram PLC 10w at $3 each.. it's cheaper???

powerpac bulbs got sale at DIY Home-fix now

All are the same, look for "branded" for duriability. Worth to spendthe money, otherwise, makes one like monkey keep climb up & down for replacement.
