I bought a Panasonic instant water heater from YES Electric Supply in JB. Forgot which model ( With LCD Display ). Used for more than a year- no problems. Comes with built in ELCB. Cost about S$179 after conversion and no tax at singapore custom ( Red Lane ).

Before that bought a 707 model at Jalan Baser failed after 1 year ( Unlucky).
