I think the BSC people remember me coz of my long lists of defects ...

there were a handful of rubber strips not done properly or "scarred/cut in one place outside! A big lump of cement stuck to the side of flip out window. And I only listed those rubber strips defects that were on the outside coz those might lead to water seepage. And the scratch on the exterior window glass.

They did rectify most of them after 2~3 weeks

Oh I could be here all day about the defects.

Did they change your window glass???

Windows done. Those who are staying @ Casa Clementi will understand why need to change the window for the air-con ledge. Have to pay $180 for their stupidity.

The window @ the service yard was also done.

We getting Panasonic Sys 3 Inverter. Although still can force the way thru the window but according to neighbour somehow there will be a bit damage to the window (scratches). The only brand that can go thru smoothly are LG and some Fujitsu model.

We pay our ID to change the window for us.

the contractor's assistant incharge of my flat ask me why i never tell him to change that window earlier I told him i did not know it's possible as the BSC pple said the frame is embedded and have to hack it out of the wall.
