sunsetsky 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2012 (edited) I think the BSC people remember me coz of my long lists of defects ... there were a handful of rubber strips not done properly or "scarred/cut in one place outside! A big lump of cement stuck to the side of flip out window. And I only listed those rubber strips defects that were on the outside coz those might lead to water seepage. And the scratch on the exterior window glass. They did rectify most of them after 2~3 weeksOh I could be here all day about the defects.
