Yeah beware of "hidden costs"... From what I see, there are a lot of "supply labour......."

How about the tools? Scarly they say u need to top up $50 per item for the use of "tools", then jia lat liao

Just my point of view lar... better be safe than sorry.

Above I am sure you are able to do a better work than these guys. Just based on available pictures on the Internet and your ideas you will be able to concept your own house better. It's not like they are going to wprovide you with a brand new concept or design which no one has. It basically going to be a normal or same used design and concept which others are also taking up this concept

the tiles provided sames has your current type/colour?

the whole quote has no electrical work mention, they can install the false ceiling or L box. But before that your electrical work has to be done. That's one thing they would up sell you when the quote is confirmed. And you might not have price fighting power

if yours is new, BTO flat, the above is not needed

15 Supply and lay outlet piping for kitchen sink you will have to get the sink, another item to up sell

the above all are supplying labour only, note that well

the anti slam system only for the drawers? How about all the other cabinet doors? And also for the aluminium frame glass door?

You have many other items like sink, tap Lighting fixtures and other items to buy. Keep in mind.

better to get more quotes and speak with more IDs.. many like to leave some white spaces and eventually when you sign, everything starts surfacing with monetary resolutions. end up you pay more than what you need and soon to realise, you didnt get the best deal after all...

Dear all, be aware of this contractor called Marvin Wong and Shirley Lee from Millennium Lifestyle Pte Ltd. Pay them 80% and they stopped work at around 15%. Pressing us to pay further and was told will not start work until we pay . Currently seeking legal action against them. Pointless to seek Case and police. Police reports were made. They having a booth on this coming renovation fair at Expo, Classic Living 2012 (21/07/12-29/07/12). Please do not engage them.

Anyone happened that engage this guy, please let me know. Appreciated that.
