If you have a vintage vespa or a chopper bicycle to display, it would be perfect. Very well doneMind sharing your ID/contractor that did the renovation? but dun tink it matters much rite? since you are the one with the goodies. Thanks! Beetleclick 0 Report post Posted November 29, 2012 Hi,Asking for advice, my contractor has install my water heater for around 4 mths already. Recently the heater caught fire when e switch was on. And the fire stop when e switch was off. In the end it leave a black mark on e wall.I quickly call my contractor and he say where i bought my heater from? and it sound to me i should buy frm the place he recommended me.It seem like he is pushing me away, and he ask me to call e agent to come take a look. Which i did,And e result was the people connect the cable and leaving bare wire in e centre that causes the fire. So in e end the price was $80 to fix it up.I msg my contractor to transfer e $ to me and also took pic of e wire and receipt. But there's no reply so we call him a few days later. He say he saw our msg but was too busy. And will arrange to return e $$. Back in my mind i still think he doesnt want to take responsibilty. Cause e damage could have been worse if the fire was not discover in time and imagine e wire trip when bathing. Can anyone advise wat can i do with this kind of contractors? Anyone with similar experience cause i find it too easy for him even he return e $$$.
