AxelC 3 Report post Posted July 16, 2012 Thanks Exman. Will google it.Hi AxelCMine was gateman which is quite cool. It's read the index finger print beside opening your main door with the pin no.It does not have the level like the Samsung or yale brand. With lever less, the distance between the main door and gate is no longer a problem if is 75mm.

Used to have a group buy but it is closed.Yale is having promo of $1188/- with a fire safe.

Exman 0 Report post Posted July 17, 2012 Just measured that the gateman F10 is about 38mm thickness and any distance of 40mm to 75mm posed no problem. You could see the gateman demo on YouTube.
May_dream1 14 Report post Posted July 17, 2012 With lever less the distance between the main door and gate is no longer a problem if is less than 75mmcan only use those lever less if the existing main door have a door knob or something to push open the door. So have to depend on AxelC whether he wants his new main door have normal door lever ( or knob) or use digital lock like samsung lever.AxelC, i got myself a new door so i didn't pay extra for door knob or normal door lever, just use the one on the digital lock.Wow! Maybe I kiasi... Keke.if you look at police reports, i think most housebreaking happens through windows, not door. but if you have children at home, then better to have gate lah. Bento28 0 Report post Posted July 23, 2012 does anyone stack/place washing machine and dryer in the toilet on ground floor? Is there any concern about the hot air, I.e. no proper ventilation which may lead to problems?Axel,Mine is a gen2 EM. I m getting a Brandt front load washer n Brandt steam dryer stacking on top on each other. They will be concealed in the kitchen area cabinet near to my balcony. For dryer, getting the condenser type will eliminate the humidity factor
AxelC 3 Report post Posted July 30, 2012 (edited) Day 1 - Gone are the OldHacking work done to the kitchen floor tiles, ground floor toilet and living room. Marble has to go cos the difference in salvaging the marble and laying new tiles is $200. Decided to let it go. Edited July 30, 2012 by AxelC
