I'm also currently renovating my 2nd gen EM.

So envious You be getting a dryer to keep the unsightly clothes at the balcony

Hubby dun like to use dryer. He thinks clothes must be dried "naturally"

But we compromised. To allow the balcony be a full fledged garden, we relocate the washing machine to the kitchen.

Can't wait to see your store room.

I had to contemplate so hard btw a big roomy kitchen vs a storeroom like yours. I settled for the former.

If given another choice , I'll even conver level one toilet to a full storeroom but considering my elderly parents and in laws who need use the loos. :-(
