Second pic shows the balcony/yard. Can access from living room and kitchen. Yes, they hacked the study room. Not going to put it back. Using it as dining area so the area near the staircase is spacious.

There.is no balcony? The previous owner hacked away the study? R u putting it back? Looking forward to ur transformation :)

Tub or shower area? I have always wanted a bath tub. Even thought of the layout in the masterroom toilet. After visiting the place, the toilet didn't seem to be big. Are any there one here who installed a bath tub? pls share. Thanks.

If your two upstairs bathrooms are linked by a common wall it may be possible to combine the two to create a single large shared bathroom with two doors.i might be mistaken but I think adidaem did it? That way you have more space to play withto have a bathtub and still have space for everything else.

hmm... will see if can tuck the toilet bowl at a corner. Same goes with the bathtub to create a little more space. still got time to think.

Removed the gate? Hmm... What if it's damaged/vandalised? Mine is a corridor unit. Another option is to get the pin type without handle.

Definitely cool! I cannot live without it now. Totally worth paying the price.

My gate was less than 75mm thus I removed the gate.

Cool gadget! Anyone installed? I wonder what can one do if the width between the door and main gate is less than 75mm.

Hi AxelC

Mine was gateman which is quite cool. It's read the index finger print beside opening your main door with the pin no.

It does not have the level like the Samsung or yale brand. With lever less, the distance between the main door and gate is no longer a problem if is 75mm.
