Living Room Layout Question - What Do You Want To See The Moment You Walk Through Your Front Door

the unit has a little foyer area from the front door that leads to the living room (sort of like an L shape)

1. Feature wall on A side, soft on B side

2. Sofa on A side, Feature wall on B side

It's up to individual preference. If you would prefer to see who is coming through the door, u should opt for Option 2.

However, if fengshui aren't concerns in such a situation, I would definitely opt for Option 1 as there is more privacy & fewer distractions.

Wow... hmmm i would say... 3rd option~ lol

3. Feature wall on A side, Shoe cabinet with settee on B side.

Was thinking its good to let visitors marvel at the feature wall whereas we can seat on the settee (and marvel at the feature wall too) while taking shoes out from the shoe cabinet for wearing. hahaz

for now, i am inclined to perform the feature wall on the A side of the wall.
