Hi All,

We just confirmed a 36-year-old 3S corncer unit at Toa Payoh. The previous owner kept the house in a very good condition. However, the design concept is different from ours. Therefore, we got to start preparing all the necessary information for the renovation. Hope some of you here can give us some ideal and picture.

just a thought, instead of asking ppl for ideas, why don't you source around

this T-blogs and get some inspirations. You will know what you wan eventually.

Discuss with a partner, thereafter get about 3-5 quotes from different contractors

and work from there.

I bought my LED downlights from JB...RM105 each and I bought 8pcs so total abt S$336..definately cheaper than sg but still can't fight with china price lah..

Likewise, I purchased my Fans, lights and LED from JB.

The shop owner will test every single bulb before you bring back to SG.

it has been 2 years since I've been using them. No issues so far.

choose one that you have rapport with and you can trust. don't just look at prices alone.
