Ok, look at the hinges. Hubby found the screws look obiang. But my contractor said unless we do box up, else the hinges can't be covered. So, I think we live with it because I think box up need money and its not necessary look pretty.

Any suggestion?

Nice door ! :good:

Yeah, the only way to conceal the pelmet is to box it up, but looking at your picture and clearance, doing it just to conceal the pelmet can look odd if not done properly (do it to match your kitchen wall tiles), unless you cover it all the way to the ceiling - which may look odd if not done properly... :dunno:

My door was done on the outside of the kitchen (so the pelmet hangs outside kitchen instead of inside) - visually, the door and pelmet looks like a continuation of my shoe cabinets which is outside the kitchen.

Ya, that's my thoughts too, unless I do all the way to ceiling. I think I can live with the screws, anyway we are not looking at the door everyday, in fact the time spend at home is so so little.

Haha. The whole idea is not to let my hubby n son peek when I'm cooking. So by looking at the glass door, they will get giddy. :sport-smiley-004:

While checking on the iparcel shipment. Mr Speedpost knocked on my door. My items just arrived!! Now waiting for the last batch which is still in US.

After looking at the cutlery tray, I think my drawer can't fit. Will try tonight.

Ya, I think its either my kitchen too small or the Amazon stuffs I got too big. The containers fit just nice, no more allowance especially the tall one that put spagetti. I think I underestimate the size, because my wall has a beam so the cabinet only have half the space to put the stuffs. Guess I have to do another round of spring cleaning to find a place for my new stuffs and throw away my old stuffs. :sport-smiley-004:

At first I thought it's standard too but my drawer not standard. It's small. My contractor do it below the hobs. I must find other drawers and see how.

Very sad, just received my last shipment from Amazon. My colleague was telling me that I have been receiving 'presents' from Christmas day onwards. :sport-smiley-004:

Something that I find really small after receiving so many over-sized stuffs from Amazon. The flour sifter which can hold 3 cups seems abit small though, but quality wise is good. And the OXO 11 inch turnable tray, I think too big for my fridge, hahaha.....I think must put somewhere else.

Hi Mrs Loo,

U thought of investing in a ruler? Or something like below? Then u can at least gauge the space needed before u buy from Amazon. Btw, Amazon will give the dimensions in the description section.

Haa... Just joking... :sport-smiley-004: :sport-smiley-004: :sport-smiley-004:

Cos U seem to be either too big or too small....

Ya, the problem is I did not bother about the dimension, thinking that my visual can give me an accurate measurement, both the cabinet and on the screen. :bangwall: Too exciting when shopping at Amazon.
