its the cheapest of the 3 quotes i got(or should i get more..?)

the masonry works cost about 4.4k while cabinet.. 16 feet top bottom costs about 4.5..

then got other stuff like installing fixture 1k+

amm i being scammed? or good price? thanks a lot

It's reasonable. But as i have told many it's not advisable to overlay tiles as the existing may already be hollow.

You can ask your contractor to check before laying i reckon. The kitchen cabinet cost includes the kitchen countertop rite? It's cheap. But do check on the quality of materials and workmanship ya.

I think it's reasonable but depend on your kitchen design... My exotic kitchen designed by my wife cost me around 10k excluding tiling works and there are no top cabinet... It's the most expensive among all other items.... Still looking for other quote before confirming which contractor to award the job to....
