Had been "pleading" your hubby for a schedule but his hands are very much tied for weeks to come. Guess have to continue to "pester" him every few days for any last minute time slot. Hope this will not get on his nerves though.

Oh no oh dear. So sorry to hear abt this. I thot im the only one with issues with his lack of time. He is indeed up to his neck with running sites, meeting and building items for his clients. I think he have projects booked till next yr or smthg. When are u looking to start renovation? Is it urgent? Perhaps you can let me know your enquiries and I can relay that to him so he can address them via email first while I ask him to check his schedule to arrange a meeting with u?

I believe better for both parties to start early, so can plan better, reserve contractors etc and have a better management of schedules.

Morning! I see, I left a note for him this morning abt this. He will probably contact u soon if he sees it. *finger crossed* I agree abt starting early for better time management! Rushing a renovation project (eg for xmas/cny/wedding) can be quite stressful! One couple reserved him for their reno when their hse is only ready in 3rd Q next yr. i asked them why n they said they feel better abt it. I am then thrown back to the process of planning wedding where everthing have to be booked 18 mths (at least!) in advance!

do u have any ideas or inspiration pictures? U can send them over to him/any other IDs with ur floorplan cos it can give them some time to process. Meanwhile, do u have a list of IDs to meet? If have, can start meeting them already Exciting times ahead!

Not much of an idea in terms of design and themes but more on what is need in the house.

Thank u bunbun! Yes, We need lots of organised storage space cos we prefer to have everything hidden in its space. No open/ display shelves for us cos this will be a convenient place for us to chuck our junk.

That would also be like what I want but carpentry is not cheap being factored in any reno quote. Too bad my budget is very small, like ikan bilis change.

Thank u! To be honest, my Reno is not even complete! some works here n there but it's due to new door to new lift (yes, I will have 2 main doors. So weird.). So we can't so anything yet. U can email my hubby at custombox@hotmail.sg sorry I've to post his email here cos I really can't send out any PM. (If moderator disallow then I will remove it). Regarding availability in April, I think he will be working on a project or two spilled over from march. Unless some clients that he just met decide to sign with him, I think shld be ok for now. I know cos I'm bugging him to attend an overseas wedding with me! Hahah..
