Bedroom Floor Quotation...?

Hi could any kind bro/sis advice with regards to following quote i received to do 3 x bedroom flooring for a 4Rm flat...

Labour to hack 3bd room..$600

Laying 60x60 Homogenous tiles $1600

OR

Laying Pakir flooring....$3200

Is it reasonable...Tks

how many sqft is your bedrooms. not possible to gauge expensive or not without the actual area.

Yupz agreed. Dimension required to give a better estimate quote.

And another is whether the tiles cost are included as well in the laying part.

tks...

bedroom 1 3 x 4.5m

bedroom 2 3.2 x 4.2m

bedroom 3 3.2 x 4.2

so i guess total about...roughly about 28 metres square...

total area is approx 435sqft.

3200/435=$7.40psf

Do you have information on the size of the parquet pieces going to be installed?

if the timber is burmese teak

11x50x200-300mm, its ex

11x73x300-1000mm, its cheap
