Finally had my most favourite lamp installed - replica arco floor lamp. Bought it long before the reno kicked off. So afraid that the ceiling might be too low at first. Now very happy to see it standing at my living room/dining room...

Yup, still have quite a bit to do...but will conduct move in ceremony next week.

The outstanding electrical items yet to arrive are washer, fridge and TV for living room. For furniture wise have yet to decide what kind of dining table (headache one)

Hi, because I want to make use of my existing unit (about 2 yrs old) which is 12btu from old place. It is good enough for my living room size. I paid about $350 for transfer and installation fee. It is cheaper than buying system 3. The only concern is the balance years on warranty is no longer valid.

Does every BTO comes with this water saving thingy? Im yet to do anything to my pipes as my guy say water flow is satisfactory. But if iron deposit build up is a sure thing, then i must quickly ask the BSC guys to take them all out...
