5. Kerb to hide water drainage pipe and air-con water pipe trunking

renocommonbathroom.jpg

Had told ID to modify the layout as it looks funny with L-shape to collect water after showering :bangwall: . Will see how is he going to amend it.

Hmmmm looks familiar, bought from Hommage?

After putting my most favourite lounge chair (and also commonly used by a lot people) at the living room, suddenly realize I will not have enough space for the two seater sofa (160cm) I ordered :dunno:

Planning for 70cm allowance initially for this lounge chair but oversight that I need to place it slanted and leave some room for it to swivel.....

I think noboby will put this kind of chair in a 3 room flat. I just can't help but fall in love with it many many years ago when I saw it despite space constraint. Of course this is a replica (where got so much money to buy the origin). :P

Purchased two KDK baby fan (gold colour) from J.B. But realize 44" will be a bit too small for my MBR :furious:

ID had managed to get his tiler to amend my common bathroom kerb.

From

To

renocommontoilet.jpg

Can't have it straight as need to accommodate the width of my shower glass door from openning inwards. Seems fine to me at least can serve as bench when taking shower :bath:

Nice 3d. I'm planning to do the ceiling something like urs. Will the fan too close to the cove light?

Quite close. only can use 50" and below as my living room quite small.

Hi Casa, it will not as my downlight will not fix near the ceiling fan. only can use small size one.

As per my ID, next week will be installing all my cabinets. That is the exciting part of reno...can't wait to see the result... :sport-smiley-003:

Hi, I bought from GC. Oh yes, the trunking from living room's unit to common bathroom was boxed up instead.
