May_dream1 14 Report post Posted June 18, 2012 Why you have another glass area after the master toilet? Basin area? Your place looks like near to me but then seem like its not. Make me confused... Haha.....

Haha.....Hi May. I saw your t-blog and roughly know where you are located at. I am currently staying at Boon Keng area too, near the mac. From the living room, I guess I will be able to see your house or your area somehow. As for the master bedroom, yup that's the basin area.
adidaem 6 Report post Posted June 18, 2012 (edited) What a unique layout for your balcony. May I know how big is your place with/without the recess area? First time I see a point block with a layout like yours. And outstanding (and unblocked) views too. Superb! I hear that it's hard to buy the recess area nowadays, so your parents have great foresight to buy over the (huge) recess area. Congrats on your lovely new (old) home. P.S. We seem to have many similarly branded appliances. P.P.S Is your MBR door opening outwards? Seems like potential for the middle bedroom person to walk into the door. Will be blocked by those behind KFC. Not sure where is your renovating place going to be. Why don't make the whole mbr into glass wall? That would be sexier than just basin in glass wall. Hehe.... Whole mbr into glass wall, doubt my brother will be so daring. What a unique layout for your balcony. May I know how big is your place with/without the recess area? Checked with my parents, the house itself is 128, together with the recess area should be about 140 (plus/minus). From what I know most of our neighbors below bought the recess area as well. The MBR door should be opening outwards, parents will be staying in the middle bedroom. Didn't think of such potential problem, hope they wouldn't knock into it. Hahahaha. Hope the appliances we bought are good to last. Everything's so expensive now.

It's fine with me, just have to walk a little further to the toilet. Hahahahaha. I have both bedroom 3 and the study room! (Currently the only one left studying)
