Not difficult to guess Rent out to china students sure jialat. My mum's neighbor rented to a grp (like 10?) students n the hse always very SMELLY when we walked past the corridor! Anyway, if you know where is the famous Ng Ah Sio Bak Kut Teh, you will definitely know where I am located at. Hahahaha. It's the one and only block with such view and of course high high floor.
