Then few years back, we decided to rent it out. It was rented to some china students and the state of the house when they hand back the house to us was really horrible, not kidding. (Will post the pictures later)I was searching for ideas as well as ID when i came across this forum. IT WAS SO ADDICTIVE! It was last December when I was studying for my exams but...I couldn't resist coming here to look at other ppl's houses. Then I contacted a few "famous" firms mentioned here. Everyone here went through the same thing so i shall skip that part. Then after 3 months, we have decided on a firm and the ID was the one who did up my brother's house in the past.Renovation officially starts on 2 April...till now. Everything will be ready only by mid july! SO LONG RIGHT?! We weren't in any rush so that's fine with us as long as the outcome is good.Let the pictures do the talking... Did I mention that when we cleared up the storeroom (everything belongs to us), we sold everything to an uncle for $50.
